This is a very nice HEAVY DUTY sheet pan. This pan is a perfect fit for the Cadco OV-250 convection oven.I also recommend the Demarle Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat, which in the 8 x 11.5" size is a perfect fit for these pans, and really helps with cleanup.
