We've had them for several months now, and are enjoying them. It feels nice having a bunch of pots & pans that actually match, without spending a fortune.The aqua color is pretty. They're very lightweight, but seem sturdy enough for years of everyday casual use. Most of the pieces came with glass lids, which was nice. The set came with a few thin plastic cooking/serving utensils as well; we've been using these utensils and running them through the dishwasher without incident.For the actual pots & pans, they say they're dishwasher safe. However, the fine print recommends hand washing -- which is what we do with pots & pans anyway. They wipe clean easily, especially if you spread a little olive oil around before cooking.Overall, we recommend.It's Farberware and Farberware is great - I've had it before - but . . . as I looked into the opened package, I thought they'd sent me a set of grayish pans. I was expecting a bright blue set of pans, not exactly the same color as what showed on the computer, but bright blue. These are NOT bright blue but a grayish blue, and I don't like that they were so misrepresented. I keep a kosher house and the pans I use for meat dishes are red. I wanted the new ones that I use for dairy dishes to be blue, a nice bright blue though I wasn't fussy about which shade of blue, but these are not a bright blue and that irks me. Not enough to send them back, but it irks me. Every time I use them, it's going to irk me. It isn't a deal breaker, so I'm keeping them and I'm certain that they will perform beautifully, but they didn't get the 5 stars because the color was so badly misrepresented. If you don't mind that, or if this was a one-time error, then buy them and I know you'll get good wear out of them. But if you're matching them to your kitchen because it's blue, get another set from a different manufacturer, or perhaps take the chance, being prepared to send them back if they don't fit in with your decor. The cookie pan is a totally unnecessary piece and I think it was thrown in, cheap as it is, so that they could say it was 15 pieces. The "bonus" utensils are black which is a turn off for me. I need all my dairy utensils to be blue so I know they're dairy. I thouht they'd be blue like the cookware, but I was ripped off - except for the fact that Farberware is good stuff. The pots and pans work beautifully with nothing sticking to the surface of the pans, so in that sense, I got an excellent deal and I'm plesed with the purchase. They also wash easily and beautifully with no scrubbing needed. The color still irks me though, and if not for that, I'd have given it 5 stars.Comprehensive and great quality. Would love to buy it again in the future!I've used the dishwasher on all of the utensils, pots, pans, and the baking sheet. They've held up to the dishwasher and cooking for the past few months so they seem like good quality for their cheap price so far! I also love how many lids it comes with since even the frying pan has a lid. Other reviews complained about how small the pots and pans are, but the sizes are listed in the description. Sometimes a small pot or pan is useful, especially for desserts or just one person so I like the variety. I do often need a larger frying pan so I have a separate larger one, but I don't often need a larger pot than the one that came in the set. The only item that was shockingly small was the smallest pot, but it's good for a sauce pan or instant ramen! I didn't expect much from the utensils, but they're a nice addition. However, the ladle/spoon is pretty flimsy and can't be a substitute for a wooden spoon or anything. The whisk can for liquids and the spaghetti spoon I have no issues with. Overall it's hard to beat this set for the price, color choices, and quality.Needed to replace some pots and pans that were getting old. We are pleased with the color and quality. The smaller pan and pot are VERY small. I would be surprised if you could fit a can of veggies in the small pot, or more than a few hotdogs in the pan. While this is probably a great new family home starter set, they just aren’t big enough for our family of 4. That's most likely why the description just natters on about the tools included (and they are just cheap plastic tools, so not sure what the fuss is about) instead of the dimensions of the pots. Small frying pan 8", Small pot with lid 5.75" x 3", Medium pot with lid 6.25" x 4", Large pot with lid 9.75" x 4", Large frying pan with lid 9.75", Baking sheet 14.5" x 9.5" Tools are standard size, but as I said, feel like cheap plastic. It's a good set to start off your cooking life, but not a replacement for a good set. Single person cooking for just yourself, these are probably just right. My wife ( Jane ) was not happy because the frying pan scratched up very easily and it is burnt at the bottom, we used gas stove and it seemed like the material the frying pan was made out of is not subjected to heat. I would like to return this cookware set because my wife refused to use it.I'm very impressed with this little set. It's very nonstick and the quality of the pots and pans is surprising for the price. Plus they are such a pretty color! I have actually had many compliments on them. I'd definitely recommend this set to friends or young people just starting out.One of the worst experience, brand new cookware whole set, the plastic handles burn while cooking on gas stove. My whole condo got this plastic smell every time I cook. Purchased in early June for my new move but didn't start using until early July. Less than a month and each pot burns. New cookware set is on the way from someone else, and this new set goes to garbage. Very disappointed...
