I noticed I had to keep replacing my nonstick pans every year but not my couple stainless steel pots. So I decided to get these. You do need to know how to cook with these or everything will stick! My husband is still getting the hang of it but I am fine. Butter and low heat are your friend. You do not need a high heat with these. If you do it will stick. These are probably not good for someone who is being healthy and not using oil or butter as with these you pretty much need to.For the price this is a great set of steel pans. They sear and release well and clean about as easy as you can expect from a steel pan. As with ALL PANS, do not put them in the dishwasher, it is too harsh. I have All Clad pans that I cook with as well and these pans hold their own on performance against those, hence the amazing value. Even if these pans last only a few years, it is totally worth the money. I suspect if you don’t put them in the dishwasher they will last much longer than that.I love that I do not need to worry any longer about something coming off my non stick skillet into my food, etc. I even bought these as considered used. The outside box was a little torn but the cookware was in perfect shape. A little PAM in them and it is easy cleanup. So nice I bought a rack to display them on the wall.I am totally fed up with non-stick cookware. What I have found is that if you use only the amount of heat necessary to do the job, stainless is better than non-stick; and, with the advent of this stainless, which is a trial for me, I have determined that I can retire my non-stick. The secret is to use blue non-scratching sponges and to keep the stainless shiny. Use Amazon silicone brushes to spread the butter or oil and keep the heat as low as possible. I have two induction plates on top of my smooth top stove and I never use the electric stove. You do not need to use my setup; I am just very fussy and I love to cook. If you haven't tried induction, give it a shot. I don't think you will ever go back to plain old electric top stoves. Amazon has a bunch of good induction plates.I was considering All-Clad and similar but the price was detering. Found these on Amazon and could not be happier with the product. Beautiful, durable and less than half the price of name-brand similar products. Would easily buy again, but I expect these to last a lifetime, so likely no need. You won't be sorry with this purchase.I actually bought this as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday and he was so excited! So far we've used a small pot and the steamer a few times. We are so stoked to cook in the big pot. Everything is very sturdy and of course stainless steel can be complicated to clean but we just fill whatever we use with soapy water as soon as we finish cooking and there are no issues.Presently surprised by the durability and ability to clean these pots. Love the size options provided in the set and the lids. Wish lids were provided for more of the sizes.Bought these for a gift and the recipient loves them! Well made, great sizes and a well-rounded collection. Tip: buy some Cameo cleanser and they will always look shiny and new!Can you use this set as a mirror? Yes I bet you can! It really has a mirror finish.Set Components:This cookware set is made of 15 items: spaghetti server, ladle spoon, normal spoon, slotted spoon and turner. There are two saucepans, one of them with a lid, and a steamer with lid as well. The set also includes 2 pans, one of them with a lid and finally a stockpot. All items are stainless steel and lids are made of glass and stainless steel.Build:The stainless steel is always a very convenient option for cookware. It is a sturdy material and with good manufacturing it might yield mirror finish sets, as it is the case for this set which has very shiny and bright reflection that makes the items look premium. All items feel heavy compared to their equivalents in my kitchen, especially spoons and ladle as my current ones are made of plastic. While the stainless steel ones are definitely sturdier and more durable, they are also heavy as my girlfriend complained.Volumes and Usefulness:All items except the large stockpot are useful for me. The variety of volumes and dimensions adds versatility in my kitchen and even enables me to cook different things at the same time (I didn't have many items in the past and sometimes I wait for something to cook to use the appliance for something else). The stockpot is just too big for me, I wouldn't be using it much as I don't have a big family. I wish there was a smaller stockpot that is between the current big stockpot and the saucepans, it would have added more variety. No complaints though, as this is already more than enough for my daily needs. I cook everyday and using a premium set like this would definitely make it more enjoyable.This set would require constant usage for me to provide a final verdict. They have a good weight, sturdy base with fast heat transfer. Comfy handles and lids that fit snuggly. The utensils are excellent. Everything washes fine in the dishwasher.The only thing that would enhance the set is a small milk pan. I already have one so not an issue for me, but if you're buying this as a starter set then it may be worth bearing in mind. Wirkt wie aus einer Großküche.Auf einem Induktionsherd gibt es daran nichts auszusetzen. Dank langer Stiele kann man das Set auch bequem z.B. bei einem Gasherd verwenden, ohne dass man Angst haben muss.Es gibt bei den Töpfen und Pfannen keine Antihaftbeschichtung, was manchen von einer Nutzung abschrecken könnte. Für mich gehört das mittlerweile einfach zum "guten Ton"; ich hatte ehrlich gesagt gar nicht darüber nachgedacht, dass es auch noch Pfannen ohne sowas gibt. Fand ich etwas schade, aber klar, bei dem Preis, da kann man nicht so viel erwarten.Die innenliegenden Nieten sind höchst nervig beim Umrühren von Speisen, weil das Essen ständig dran hängen bleibt, und beim Spülen, da sich dort gerne Reste festsetzen.Gut gefallen haben mir aber die Küchenhelfer-Utensilien, da sie schön groß sind und nur aus einem Material bestehen. Das ist allerdings ebenfalls Edelstahl, so dass die Gefahr von Kratzern groß ist. Da man aber keine Beschichtung zerstören kann, weil ja keine vorhanden ist, macht das nicht so viel aus.Der Preis ist mit <90€ so niedrig, dass man das Set guten Gewissens für eine erste Wohnung oder ähnliches empfehlen kann, es ist alles dabei. Mit dem Dampfgarer sogar ein kleines Stück Luxus.
