I just got these and they are well made and hefty. My only wish was that they had them in white....but that's nitpicking. I haven't made anything in them yet, but I like the look and feel. Also, I noticed the bottom had a raised edge along the perimeter of the pan and also another raised circle closer to the center....so, when the pan is on the counter or on a tray in the oven, there will only be a little surface area actually touching the tray. I'm assuming this is so it doesn't get too hot on the bottom or to have some air circulate. Maybe it's just design and has nothing to do with the cooking aspect but I thought it was a nice touch. I have not used large ceramic pans like this before so I have NO idea what I'm talking about.
