A convenient size and the commercial grade and construction make these easy to clean up. They belong in the kitchen of someone who likes to cook. Throw two chicken breasts on one and vegetables on another and roast. You have dinner in 30 minutes.This is a very nice HEAVY DUTY sheet pan. This pan is a perfect fit for the Cadco OV-250 convection oven.I also recommend the Demarle Silpat Non-Stick Baking Mat, which in the 8 x 11.5" size is a perfect fit for these pans, and really helps with cleanup.Outside packaging says Broil king B00009K3T8 which cost $30 for two pack. But inside both trays are Winco ALXP-1013 which are only $3.49 each.I reported fraud and returned for credit.Just the right size for two people. Easy to clean, which is always a plus.
